Platform Usage Guidelines

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and RT99 ("Platform", "we", or "rt99") governing your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by rt99.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rt99 platform, you expressly and implicitly acknowledge that:

• Location: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the rt99 platform is lawful in your area of residence. rt99 is not liable for any violation of local laws by users.
• Mental health: You must be a legally competent individual and not subject to any guardianship order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.
• Restricted list: Individuals who have been placed on any self-exclusion list or rt99's banned list are not permitted to use this platform.

Rt99 reserves the right to freeze or terminate the account of any user found to not meet these eligibility requirements without prior notice, and to withhold the relevant account balance pending the completion of an investigation.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the rt99 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being terminated and all balances forfeited.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing true, accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form;
• Updating your personal information promptly should any changes occur;
• Keeping your password and account login details confidential at all times;
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account, whether with or without your knowledge.

Rt99 will send account-related communications to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that email address remains active and accessible. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact the rt99 support team immediately via live chat on the platform.

Rt99 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and selected crypto assets. All transactions are processed through secure channels with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction;

Rt99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Use of malicious software or unauthorized automated methods;
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the rt99 support team. Prior to closure, all valid funds will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rt99 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage suffered as a result of using or being unable to use the platform;

Rt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. rt99 will endeavour to inform registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notifications.

Your continued use of the rt99 platform following any amendment to the Terms will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable Terms.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days before being referred to the relevant authorities.
